About this home
A well-equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine and a sit up island for dining, opens up into a bijou but light and airy sitting room which is all about the view!
With all rooms on the second floor, the front of the apartment overlooks the hustle and bustle of the traditional promenade, including the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom, at the back of the apartment, has a zip and link king-size bed which can be made in to twin 2’6 single beds on request.
There is also an additional spacious shower room.
13 Burlington Place is a mere stroll from the many fabulous amenities the seaside town of Sheringham has to offer; for the energetic there’s surfing, paddle boarding or kayaking at nearby Cromer, or staying closer to home there’s golfing, walking the coastal path or simply spending the day on the beautiful beach, dipping in and out of the sea, with a locally-sourced picnic.
13 Burlington Place is a great base from which to explore the villages along the North Norfolk Coast and the sandy beaches to the east and west, or to head inland to discover some of the National Trust’s flagship Halls and Estates.
