A delightful holiday cottage furnished in an ecletic style, located in the lovely village of Langham close to Blakeney, Morston and the North Norfolk coast.
This single storey barn has great style; in a very relaxed and comfortable way. The artistic owner has applied their creative flair and used a mix of vintage furniture and furnishings to compliment the many interesting and varied artworks that are dotted throughout the barn.
You will be kept as warm as toast in cooler months with underfloor air source heating and a large log burner, when you might feel very tempted to just stay put and listen to music on the CD player/iPod docking station, read a book or just watch TV.
In the summer, you can relax in the secluded and secure cottage garden that is adjacent to the owner’s gloriously abundant orchard with a greengage plum tree – with the owner’s permission you are welcome to enjoy the delicious fruit when in season.
The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of a space for a dining area too, and the attractive sitting room has ample comfortable seating.
Both double bedrooms have doors that lead out into the garden, as well as their own bathrooms.
Apple Tree Barn is a super spot for a romantic getaway, so especially suitable for couples, but also friends or a small family (high chair and stair gate are provided) looking for a peaceful location.
A well equipped eclectic cottage. Wells and Cley are very different but good for dogs. Holt has all the shops you could need and you get used to the cockerel.

A beautiful and unique barn which oozes character and rustic charm. Perfectly situated for exploring the North Norfolk Coast. Quiet and peaceful - fab for stargazing as there is minimal light pollution. The Bluebell Inn is only a few minutes walk away and is a Free House serving delicious home prepared and cooked food.

Langham is a delightful Norfolk village populated with brick and flint properties and a charming, gabled 14th Century church.
Set just above Blakeney on a small incline you are only a few minutes’ drive from the delights of the Norfolk Norfolk Coast at Stiffkey, Cley and Salthouse which all have fantastic bird watching opportunities.
An abundance of quiet lanes and heaths for walking are available at Kelling, Stiffkey and Weybourne. Three miles away is the popular Georgian market town of Holt, brim full of interesting independent shops, cafes and art galleries.
