With exposed Cotswold stone walls and a wood burning stove, the property has been expertly refurbished to the highest standard. Set in the delightful village of Idbury, the cottage is surrounded by honeyed cottages, meandering rivers and streams and abundant wildlife.
On the ground floor of Garsons Cottage is open plan comprising of a small yet stylish kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, combined fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
The sitting room has a fabulous wood burning stove, exposed stone wall and is furnish to a high standard and comes with a 40″ smart television with Freeview, DVD player, digital radio and Bluetooth docking station.
Garden room with large french doors open onto an enclosed private garden. A table a chairs offers a delightful dining space with further seating to sit back and relax.
On the first floor you’ll discover a luxurious master bedroom with wonderful king sized 5′ bed. The en-suite is clean and modern with rain shower.
Outside is a private patio and enclosed garden with garden bench and bistro set.
Off street parking is available in the driveway. There is additional on-street parking available on the green opposite the cottage.
