A fascinating scene for young and old alike is watching as the town bridge opens and closes to let the yachts and fishing vessels into the inner marina.
Harbourside House is located within a two-minute walk to Newton’s Cove and the sweeping coastal walks that leads to the very attractive Nothe Gardens and the old Fort.
A leisurely walk from the property is Brewers Quay with its antiques emporium, cafe and numerous restaurants and pubs.
Weymouth has a long, sandy award-winning blue flag beach with long-standing seaside entertainment such as Punch & Judy, donkey rides and trampolines.
Within a short drive Dorset has numerous attractions such as Monkey World, Sea life Centre, The Swannery and Tank Museum.

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year.
This area is now a popular destination with many restaurant’s, café and bars making it a vibrant area where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share.
The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town
