About this home
The whole of the ground floor is open plan but is designed in such a way that each area is well defined and flows together to make a very good living space.
Ideal for family get together or group of friends with three bedrooms, one a master, a spacious twin and the third with bunk beds.
This property forms part of a three house terrace comprising Holly Cottage (sleeps 2), Holly House (sleeps 8) and this property Holly Lodge. All three are completely self-contained and have private secure gardens which are individually fenced and could be booked together for large family gatherings or parties.
The Holly properties are ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands just one minute’s walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
There is a small patio & lawned garden accessed through the double glazed doors in the reception room. The back garden is fully secure and private which is part walled and part willow fencing. The front garden is also enclosed but relies on the gates to the front of each property to be closed.
Parking is available without restriction on the Buttlands to the front of the property.

Good to know
Holly Lodge has been newly refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. It boasts a fabulous living area downstairs that allows the whole family to be together in one area. There are two sets of french doors out to the secure garden to the rear and the whole house has a bright and airy feel.
