Marsh Lodge is a stylish holiday home on the outskirts of the charming seaside town of Aldeburgh overlooking the glorious and unspoilt marshlands of the River Alde.
Consisting of two stylish flats, sharing an external front door, a communal hallway and separate front doors, Marsh Lodge is ideal for two couples or family members wishing to spend time together whilst having space and privacy.
Each flat has been done up to the very highest standard, consisting of well-equipped kitchens, open plan seating / eating areas (seating up to four in each flat), elegant and spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Whilst attached to the owner’s home, Marsh Lodge very much sits in its own space. Both flats have their own secluded areas of garden, and guests have access to the large area of lawn to the front of the house as well as private parking. The views from both properties are spectacular – overlooking the glorious and unspoilt marshlands of the River Alde.
Located on the outskirts of the charming seaside town of Aldeburgh, and only 4 miles from the delights of Snape Maltings and its world-famous concert hall, this property is ideal for relaxing and exploring and is a fabulous base for music enthusiasts, beach lovers, cyclists, walkers and golfers. And a must for bird watchers, with Hoskins Hide, in Hazlewood Marshes, looking up and down the River Alde, only a short walk away and not forgetting RSPB Minsmere, a mere 20-minute drive.
