The dual aspect sitting room with beamed ceiling, is a lovely room with a modern but cosy appeal.
An extra large L-shaped sofa, a super efficient Clearview log burning stove and widescreen Smart television ensure you have all you need for a ‘night in’.
The cottage has three bedrooms (king, double and twin) over two floors and two shower rooms (one on each floor) which works well for families or friends who appreciate privacy, independence and ground floor facilities.
Outside is a secluded south facing shingle courtyard with table and seating, as well as a sheltered loggia so you can even sit outside even when it rains!
Perfectly located, Mayes Cottage enjoys such easy access to the beautiful local beach and many great local eating places, you might not wish to venture too far afield.
if you do, you can always catch the Coasthopper bus that regularly runs through the village all year round and will take you to all the other wonderful villages along this stunning coastline.
