The well-equipped kitchen area features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a welcome pack of essentials on arrival . Eating in is a pleasure in the dining area, with French doors open to enjoy the sound of the sea in the background.
Doors from both the lounge and dining area lead to the balcony, with stunning sea views. Venture outside the property into the shared courtyard that overlooks the sea.
There is allocated parking for one car located in a private garage under the property and next to the stairs and lift that lead to the first floor, where the apartment is situated.
Oceania is a beautiful, clean, bright and delightful property, decorated in a very contemporary style and with a high end finish throughout. It is very well equipped, and very spacious. The balcony and sea views are simply stunning, and it's position in the resort is nice and quiet.

An idyllic coastal retreat which is perfectly situated on the water’s edge, taking full advantage of far-reaching views over Bideford Bay, the Bristol Channel and towards Lundy Island.
A short walk to the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park and the picturesque Torridge Estuary.
The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is roaming the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The charming fishing village of Appledore is close by, with a tidal passenger ferry to Instow.
