The lounge area, to the front of the room, has comfortable seating from which guests can enjoy the TV and music from the iPod dock. The kitchen/diner at the other end of the room, there is a large dining table and all the equipment that guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes.

Stairs lead to the first floor where two of the property’s three bedrooms are located., all three of which offer their own TV/DVD. The first of these is an attractive king-size room with window seats and plenty of storage space for hanging clothes.

The second bedroom is another double, whilst the third bedroom, a super-king room, can be found in the attic space on the second floor and can be made up as a twin room on request.

There are two sleek shower rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second, each offering a shower and WC, whilst there is also a separate bathroom on the second floor, a fantastic sanctuary-like room with a WC and a free-standing bath which sits on a raised platform under the exposed beams.

Please be aware that the second-floor rooms are located in the eaves of the property, and therefore have sloping ceilings and some reduced head-height.

Outside, there is a charming walled patio garden to the rear of the property, which with its garden furniture, chimenea, and a gas BBQ, is a wonderful space for relaxing into the evenings, over drinks and alfresco meals.

There is roadside and car park parking available in the village for which three passes are provided.
