We had a wonderful stay at Otters Leap between the Christmas and New Year period. A beautifully situated holiday home in a peaceful environment, yet easy access to all local towns, quient villages and stunning coastlines.

Newly built in 2017 and offering a peaceful setting. A great spot for couples or families who enjoy walking, cycling, kayaking, bird watching or beach activities including surfing, or body boarding.
For those looking to relax, the area is tranquil and the scenery is breath-taking. The Tarka Trail (traffic free) can be seen from the property and Bideford with a range of quayside shops, pubs, restaurants and pannier market is a short walk.
Sandy beaches close by; Westward Ho! with 2 miles of golden sands, and beautiful Instow and Appledore are 10 minutes away.
