The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment and table with four chairs.
Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms; 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin zip-and link (which can be made into a super-king-size upon request). Family bathroom with shower over bath.
The staircase leads to a comfortable and stylishly furnished mezzanine lounge with comfy corner sofa and Smart TV/media hub providing access to Free play and catch-up TV with Netflix etc. DVD player and superb views.
Heading outside from the ground floor full width bi-fold doors lead out to a fully enclosed patio and lawn area with private hot tub enjoying views across the valley. Garden furniture, fire pit/BBQ/pizza oven.
There is ample off road parking for two cars.
