Ideal for couples, this holiday cottage will capture your heart.
Snuggle down with your loved one in front of the woodburner in the winter months and catch a view of the sea from the upstairs windows.
With a kitchen and sitting room downstairs and a shower room and a double and single bedroom upstairs, you are just a stone’s throw from enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine on the East Quay with one of the best views in Norfolk.
The master bedroom is large with a double bed, made up with beautiful linens. Bedroom two has a single bed with bedside tables and lamps and partial sea views from the window.
The property is accessed via Jolly Sailor Yard, a single track lane, There is no garden but you are close to East Quay, Wells harbour and all the delights of this thriving seaside town.
There is unrestricted parking close by although not immediately outside the property or in the road. A weekly parking permit is available from the nearby town car park.
