About this home
Comprising the sitting room, dining area and kitchen, with french doors opening onto a super little balcony and a second window, all with uninterrupted views over the harbour and saltmarshes to the sea beyond.
Quayside Lookout boasts one of the best views in Wells-next-the-Sea.
There is a large bedroom and separate bathroom, all ensuring a comfortable stay, which is very handy because you may well not want to leave!
Beneath the apartments are a smart parade of shops including an art gallery and coffee shop.
Around the corner and only a short stroll you are on Staithe Street where you will find a huge range of independent shops, cafes and the Maltings.
Along the quayside you will find The Fleece pub and further into town The Globe and the crown situated around the lovely green space of the Buttlands.
There is a private parking space for the apartment with a private bike store available for guests use if required.
