This 200-year-old property, located in a tucked away position in Polruan on the South Cornish coast, has been renovated and furnished with a contemporary, chic style. Ideally located to explore all this area has to offer.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a light and airy bespoke kitchen, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The breakfast bench and table, the perfect place to read the morning paper and enjoy a cup of coffee.
From the kitchen, a door leads out onto the private patio area, and the first of 2 staircases leads up to the first floor.
From the kitchen, step into the spacious, open-plan lounge/dining area, beautifully designed with exposed beams and contemporary yet traditional light fittings over the dining table, which really gives this room a wow factor.
At the far end of the room is a bay window which floods the room with light. Relax after a day of exploring on the stylish sofa and watch the Smart TV, a side door leads out to a further enclosed gravelled garden area with fire pit.
A further staircase leads up from the lounge to the first floor, here you will find two bedrooms a double and a single, both with views towards the river, a stunning bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC.
You’ll also find a snug room with futon, from the snug room there are steep stairs leading to the attic twin bedroom with Velux windows offering beautiful views over the river. Due to the exposed ceiling beams head height is minimal which makes it more suitable for children, but please beware of the steep stairs.
There is no parking available at the property however, parking is available in nearby car parks (charges apply).

The National Trust Lanhydrock House is within easy reach and offers a range of events all year round. Other attractions in the area include the world-famous Eden Project, the historic port of Charlestown and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
