Located within a conservation area in the lovely seaside town of Whitstable on the Kent coast, just a short walk to the town’s harbour, beach, shops, and restaurants is this bright, coastal holiday home.
This stylish seaside home with a 120-foot long garden with a sunny decked terrace, sleeps 6 guests in three upstairs bedrooms and has a fresh Scandinavian vibe.
The front door of this beautiful property opens onto the hallway and a smart little snug that can be configured to accommodate a 7th guest.
Beyond this, the main comfortably furnished living room features a warming wood burner, a smart TV with Netflix, blu-ray DVD, CD player and Sonos system for guests to enjoy, along with a selection of books and DVDs.
The dining room is an equally handsome room and offers a large dining table, beyond which doors lead out onto a decked terrace and garden, allowing guests to open up this space in the warmer months.
One step from the dining room leads up to the well-fitted galley-style kitchen, where guests will find an oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is located in a separate utility cupboard under the stairs.
Two of the property’s bedrooms are located on the first floor: a super-king-size room, which can be set up as a twin room thanks to the zip-and-link beds; and a pleasant double room.
There is also a shower room with WC on this floor. Stairs lead to the second floor where there is a pretty twin room which has built-in single beds, next to which there is a bathroom with a bath and WC.
Please note that there are sloping ceilings on the second floor, and therefore some reduced head-height.
Doors from the dining room lead out to the sunny decked terrace where guests will find garden furniture and a BBQ.
This area leads on to a long narrow garden with mature planting which includes a wild flower meadow (at its best in May-June) and a second terrace area which is a lovely place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.
Roadside parking is available outside on the street together with local public car parks.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We had a great week down in Whitstable at this property which has everything you need. Attention to detail on the dcor and equipment provided was much appreciated by us and our visitors. In terms of size it was perfect for our family of 4 and we had visitors stay over as well. Garden perfect for entertaining and the Whitstable high street and harbour is 2 mins walk.

Whitstable is a world away from what we have come to expect from a British seaside town.
There are no amusement arcades here, and no donkeys on the beach, but instead a fantastic range of independent boutiques, highly-regarded restaurants, oyster bars, quiet pubs, and quirky galleries.
The shingle beach is a pleasant space to relax and play, whilst the town is also a favourite choice for water sports enthusiasts where visitors can take tuition in stand-up paddleboarding, kite surfing, or sailing.
This is a truly special place to stay, and it is no wonder that visitors choose to come back year-after-year.
