All on the ground floor, the property sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms and has been tastefully furnished throughout. There is a large, open-plan living space including a well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and dining area for up to ten guests.

There is plenty of comfy seating in the living area as well as a large Smart television, perfect for a movie night on a cool winter’s evening complete with a bag of famous Aldeburgh fish and chips.

Master bedroom, with a super-king size bed and a television. En-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.

Open-plan living space, with a fabulous kitchen area with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, electric oven, central island with breakfast bar and Nespresso coffee machine.

The dining space has a large table, chairs to seat ten and bi-fold doors opening to the courtyard garden. The sitting room area has a large corner sofa, armchair and a small sofa to seat two. There is a large Smart television.

Family bathroom comes with a bath with hand-held shower head, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom three, with two 3′ single beds and a television.

Bedroom four, with king-size bed.

Outside:
Fully enclosed courtyard garden with seating for twelve and a charcoal barbecue.
Off-road parking for two small cars or one large car.

Additional Information:
Infants welcome. Travel cot and high chair provided on request. Please provide your own linen.
One well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).
