Luxurious, single storey barn conversion set in the heart of the coastal village of Weybourne close to Blakeney, Holt and Sheringham with the beach and North Norfolk coast all within walking distance.
With parts of the building dating back to the Victorian era, this traditional brick and flint barn has been converted to very high modern standards, without losing any of its character.
The overall impression on entering the barn is one of comfort and relaxed easy living. There is a lovely light open-plan vaulted living area, with skylights and full height bi-fold doors and windows that overlook the south facing garden, running the full length of the room.
The sitting area has a wood burning stove to light for extra warmth and ambience, although with underfloor heating in this area and great insulation, you should already be nice and cosy.
There are three bedrooms (king size, double and super king zip-and-link, with twin option) and three very smart bathrooms (two are en-suite), making this the perfect holiday home for couples and friends to enjoy time together.
Summer Barn will suit families too, especially with older children.
Outside you will find a South facing walled garden, with garden furniture. There is no barbecue provided, but disposable barbecues are available to purchase locally.
Weybourne is a great little spot as a base for getting out and about exploring this part of North Norfolk, either on foot (there are some fabulous walks to explore from outside the door, both inland and coastal), by catching the Coasthopper bus service that runs through the village or by car.
Parking on the driveway for two cars. Further parking is available roadside on Home Farm Rise or Beach Road.
Access Note: While this property is all on one level, there are a few internal steps, though these are not steep.
Amazing cottage with lovely facilities. Very nice beach path and in a very good location. Quite pretty and it is in a quiet road though it is close to many useful places. We had a wonderful time at this very comfortable cottage. The beach at the end of the road is gorgeous and perfect for a picnic. We enjoyed going to see the seals at Blakeney Point and shopping at Cley. We are looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful area!

Weybourne is a very pretty coastal village made up of flint cottages and set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a shingle beach popular with fisherman, and from here you can join the coastal path and enjoy a wonderful three mile cliff-top walk to the Blue Flag sandy beach at Sheringham, or walk into beautiful NT Sheringham Park or Kelling Heath.
The Georgian town of Holt is just three miles up the road, where you will find boutiques, galleries and a variety of places to eat. Sheringham, the next coastal resort along the coast, is a bustling traditional seaside town where fisherman still bring in their daily catch.
You will find plenty of facilities, including many interesting shops, a museum, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as a supermarket and filling station. If you fancy a day trip to Norwich, you can catch a train from Sheringham town centre.
