This beautifully presented Lake District Georgian-style luxury holiday home offers some of the finest views of Ullswater and its magnificent fell and mountain.
Built in 2009, this property was designed by the owners to be in keeping with the architectural style of the area and was constructed by local craftsmen using slate and sandstone from Cumbrian quarries.
Step in through double glazed doors that open into the first-floor level open-plan kitchen and dining space. With oak floors, a sociable breakfast bar, contemporary units and appliances, a relaxing sofa area with lake and mountain views and a high vaulted ceiling, this is a stunning space for entertaining.
Also on this entrance level there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, Smart TV and wonderful views of the lake.
Step into the hall to find the spectacular spiral staircase, which leads up to a cosy attic sitting room with stylish furniture, large Velux windows, a real flame gas fire and Smart TV.
Down on the ground floor, the master double bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with fabulous free-standing oval bath and separate shower, while an en-suite twin bedroom next door is ideal for children (can be made up as a king-size by prior request).
To the front of the row of properties is a large, sloping grassed area scattered with benches for taking in those fantastic panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
A garden table and chairs can also be set up for enjoying al fresco breakfasts by the front door.

Lying above the western shore of Ulswater, this property is one of a small huddle of houses and cottages in the area. Sitting under a wooded ridge looking out toward the lake, the property enjoys one of the finest views of Ullswater together with plenty of peace and quiet.
Snaking a nine mile course under the lea of magnificent fells, Ullswater offers wonderful walking routes for all abilities. Explore Glenridding, Sandwick and Howton before hopping aboard the steamboat for your return trip to enjoy the scenery from the water.
