Luxurious apartment on the stunning South Devon coast comes with stunning sea views and just A 10 minute walk from Salcombe town and several sandy beaches and featured in the January 2019 issue of 25 Beautiful Homes Magazine.
The Experience
The apartment itself is charming, with a real homely atmosphere. The stylish, nautical theme runs through the entire apartment with good reason, this part of south Devon has some of the most picturesque coast in the country.
This beautiful apartment is set in an elevated position with lovely views of Sunny Cove, Gara and out to sea.
Comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, a private balcony with gorgeous views, and access to the heated outdoor pool.
Recently re-furbished and furnished to a very high standard by the Interior Designer owners is both comfortable and stylish.
This three bedroom apartment occupies the third floor of an imposing Victorian villa, yet is accessed at road level and has parking.
The open plan living space is flooded with light from the patio doors, these opening out onto the private balcony with fabulous sea views.
The living area comes with a comfy, L shaped sofa and ottoman and large TV with Freesat. The fireplace is a wonderful, decorative focal point however this isn’t a working fireplace.
The dining area has comfortable bonquet seating for up to 8 people.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay.
There are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom 1 comes with a super king with en-suite, bedroom 2 has two single beds and en-suite. Bedroom 3 comes with a small double and use of a bathroom with walk in shower.
The outdoor heated swimming pool is set in a lovely walled garden and has a changing room with shower, this shared with 3 other apartments.

This beautiful harbour town is situated on the southernmost tip of the South Hams district of South Devon.
Salcombe is surrounded by tranquil countryside and a magnificent scenic coastline, and the estuary provides a natural sheltered harbour for kayaking, sailing and boating as well as safe sandy coves perfect for families.
The delightful town is a browser’s paradise with a wide variety of upmarket shops offering casual and sailing clothing, and stylish interior accessories, and also has a wide range of excellent bistros and waterfront restaurants and cafes.
