As you step into the cottage, you will be entering the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

This wonderfully designed, open-plan area has a dining table for two and a sumptuous sofa on which to relax and watch your favourite movies on the Smart TV, sitting in front of the cosy wood burner.

The designer kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Belfast sink, slimline dishwasher, fridge with icebox and a coffee pod machine – it’s a great space for trying out new recipes and lazy breakfasts.

From here, you head up the spiral staircase to the master bedroom.

With vaulted ceiling and low beams, it’s a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with a king-size bed, dressing table, fitted shelving and hanging space.

Adjacent is the luxury bathroom with a roll-top bath, shower attachment and WC.

In the outdoor boot room, you can dry off your dog and leave your muddy boots and wet clothing; the laundry room is next door and houses the washing machine.

Venture down into the landscaped garden and you will find different areas to sit and enjoy.

There is a gas barbecue for dining alfresco, a bench next to the pond, or comfortable outdoor chairs in a shady area under the trees to escape the heat of the day or to watch the sun setting.

There is undercover parking for two cars and a bike store.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
