A fabulously styled, luxury Shepherd's Hut with its very own hot tub, located a mere ten minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea on the popular South Coast, a truly wonderful romantic retreat.
The Forest Hut is a rather lucky find for a number of reasons. If you have wondered about escaping all by yourself or with one lucky person far into the wild (or with your furry companion), this home provides an intimate corner right in Milford on Sea.
We love the idea of roasting marshmallows by the fire pit or stargazing, wine in hand from the therapeutic hot tub.
Set by a peaceful stream in Lymore New Forest, walk ten minutes and you’re surrounded by vibrant restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs at Milford on Sea.
One can never get enough of ambling down the pebble beach and gazing out at the Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle. Although, if you want a taste of the town spirit, the Food Festival in Easter or the Music Festival at the end of July must be kept in mind.
The hut boasts a kingsize bed, kitchen, dining area, seating and separate bathroom with shower.
It has off road parking and an outside private space with relaxing chairs and dining table.
A breakfast package is also available.
Situated on the coast with stunning views across the Isle of Wight and the Needles, Milford on Sea has an extensive beachfront that is enjoyed by water sport enthusiasts, beach lovers and swimmers.
Min 2 night stay.
Not suitable for children and infants.
At a glance
The centre of the village is surrounded by a traditional Green and has lots of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, making this a thriving place to visit.
One of the particular quirks of this village is the people who live here. It’s evident they absolutely love this place by the number of events happening throughout the year. There’s a May Day festival, an Art Fair, a Dog Show and its very own four- day annual Music Festival.
The hut is a fantastic base to explore this village, the nearby market town of Lymington and the beauty of the New Forest. It is also approximately 15 miles from Bournemouth and Southampton.
