If you want front row seats for incredible sunsets there’s nowhere better than The Heacham House, a beach side holiday home located on the fabulous West Norfolk coast.
Situated down an unmade track that runs adjacent to the beach and promenade you are as close to the beach as you can be. The house itself is beautifully appointed with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The ground floor is taken up with a contemporary luxury kitchen that is very well equipped with a large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, central island with basin. There is also dining table and chairs, sofa, large screen TV with Freeview and French doors to the decked area.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a family bathroom. The master bedroom with super king bed has an en suite shower room. You’ll also find a further double bedroom on this floor.
Upstairs you’ll find the main sitting room with a large comfy sofa, arm chair and TV, this is where you really get the ‘wow’ factor when you open the door and see The Wash right in front of you.
A glass sided walkway leads to French doors and another balcony – just perfect for a sundowner.
With one bedroom also on the first floor, this with twin beds with pull out truckle beds beneath (only suitable for children). You’ll also find an en suite shower room: Separate shower cubicle with WC and basin.
Ideal for a family for 6 however the truckle beds are ideal if you have an additional child or two.
Outside you have your own private steps onto the promenade and beach. Birdwatchers will have a unique view of the mud flats at low tide and the waders and geese migration in the autumn months all from the comfort of your armchair.
A very special house indeed.
The house is fantastic. Amazing location coupled with unusually good weather, BBQ every night, beach in 10 steps, walk down the promenade, very sandy and tired kids and dogs. House has everything you need and more. I loved the personal touches like the hand drawn welcome poster from the owner's children. The staff at Norfolk Hideaways were very efficient and friendly.
