The owners have kept much of the property’s period details to offer a holiday home that’s unlike any other.
The 40-foot-deep Well with its glass top is a fascinating central feature that doubles up as the dining table with lights, illuminating the very depths of the Well.
There’s also a cosy wood-burning stove set in an original brick fireplace and plenty of original exposed timbers and brickwork.
Full height windows let the light flood in and ancient, fortified doors open out to your own outside space with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
Set in its own gravelled space with seating and barbecue. Separate raised dining area and access to orchard.

There are plenty of walks a short distance from The Well House, including the famous Monarch’s Way footpath. Approximately one mile away is the village of Aston Fields, where you’ll find a number of places to eat.
