Stairs lead from the hallway up to the first floor where the main living area is situated.

This gorgeous open-plan space is a wonderfully light-filled room comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner, with the lounge area overlooking the front aspect of the property.

There are two leather sofas to relax on, perhaps whilst enjoying a film on the TV/DVD or getting lost in a good book in front of the cosy wood burner. To the opposite end of the room, the kitchen/diner looks out over the marshes which lie behind the property and has double doors opening onto a Juliet balcony allowing guests to take in the fresh sea air.

The dining table seats four diners, whilst the kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. In the corner of the room a door leads through to the second shower room, which again offers a shower and WC.

To the rear of the property there is a small patio area with garden furniture provided, allowing guests to enjoy sundowners in the evening.

There is direct access from here to the surrounding marshes, allowing guests to head out for leisurely walks, which will be of particular interest to those with an interest in wildlife and photography.

There is off-road parking for one car on the driveway, with further roadside parking available just outside the cottage.
