This delightful holiday cottage has been lovingly fitted and furnished in a beautiful contemporary style mixing industrial chic and coastal charm, perfectly placed in the delightful fishing village of Appledore on the North Devon coast.

Arranged over three floors, you enter the accommodation via the second floor, where you will find the first bedroom, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request), complete with Smart TV and DAB clock radio.

There is also a cosy bunk bedroom on this floor, as well as a bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.

Heading downstairs to the first floor, you will find the spacious and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. The light and airy lounge is ideal for snuggling down and enjoying the Smart TV/DVD, and DAB radio with Bluetooth, and has delightful estuary views.

Heading over to the stylish and attractive kitchen, you will find everything you might need during your stay. The dining area is perfectly situated, and ideal whether you’re sitting down to a big meal or grabbing a snack.

Moving down to the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with super-king-size bed, Smart TV, DAB clock radio and en-suite shower room with WC.

From the ground floor bedroom, a door leads out to the delightful enclosed tiered patio garden, complete with garden furniture, BBQ, and small sun room with seating.

Private parking is available for one car, and there is an additional space shared with the neighbour available on a first come first served basis. You can use the external garden shed for storing bikes and wetsuits.

Appledore, famed for its shipbuilding heritage, has a wealth of pubs, shops, and art galleries. In summer, it is possible to take the ferry across the estuary to the village of Instow, with its sandy beach and yacht club.

Beach lovers will love Westward Ho! with its two-mile stretch of golden sands, perfect for swimming, surfing or just relaxing and building sandcastles.

The property enjoys a unique location, right on the Northam Burrows with beautiful walks to both Westward Ho! or Appledore and extensive walks ideal for dog walking.
