With a blend of contemporary and traditional styling Walnut Cottage, located near the centre of Snettisham on the West Norfolk coast is ideal as a romantic coastal retreat for two, or a luxury bolthole for family or friends.
The first room you will find yourself in upon entering the cottage is a bright and spacious family kitchen which is very well equipped, with Bosch and Dualit appliances, large refectory table seating six, underfloor heating and double doors onto garden.
The lounge has cosy oak-flooring, an open fireplace and Chesney’s wood burner, two comfy sofas, armchair, coffee table, flat screen Sony smart TV and Bluetooth speaker to stream your favourite music or radio station.
Take the stairs up to first floor, the master bedroom features a locally-crafted king size brass bed with Hypnos mattress, ample walk-in wardrobe storage, chest of drawers, bedside tables, reading lamps and en-suite shower room with a walk-in rain shower, console sink and WC.
The second bedroom is a twin room with two comfortable full size single beds which can become one super-king bed if needed, built-in wardrobe, small set of drawers, bedside lamps. The third bedroom offers a small double bed, table and lamp, built-in wardrobe.
There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with rolltop bath, perfect for a long soak after a day’s exploring the beautiful North Norfolk beaches and coastal paths.
With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs as well as the log burner in the living room, the cottage is warm and toasty during the cooler months and throughout the year is filled with light all day long.
A shingle driveway to the side of the cottage provides private, off-road parking for two cars. Gate to a secure, fully enclosed garden that is safe for dogs and children. Large shed providing secure bike storage if required. Garden is also accessed via double doors from the kitchen.

Snettisham is a coastal village to the south of Hunstanton, perfectly located to explore either the nearby RSPB Snettisham reserve or spend a day out on one of the many beaches nearby. If sailing is your passion, then Snettisham has a very active sailing club.
Guests can either take a ten minute stroll to the popular Rose & Crown gastro pub and village shops or walk to Snettisham Park farm which is just a stone’s throw away. A bit further afield is the Queen’s residence at Sandringham House – only a ten minute drive away.
