You arrive at this newly built, upside-down house and enter into the entrance hallway which leads to the ground floor bedrooms and upstairs to the living/kitchen/dining areas along with a WC and a mezzanine twin bedroom.

The open-plan living space benefits from beautiful views across the countryside and on a clear day you may even see some sea glimpses.

The modern-style and well-equipped kitchen have all the designated chef will need to prepare a meal for loved ones with a rangemaster electric oven and 5 ring induction hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher along with the convenience of a breakfast island with three bar stools ideal for a quick snack or early morning tea or coffee.

Once dinner is ready then serve up at the dining table which can seat up to four guests and enjoys views across the countryside.

The lounge area with a Juliet balcony, has enough comfortable seating for all guests, and you also have a Smart TV perfect for you to log in to your chosen streaming service and catch up on your favourite show if the weather isn’t on your side.

Off from the living area is a handy utility room with washing machine and WC.

There is a mezzanine bedroom leading up from the lounge which will undoubtedly prove very popular with children so be mindful that this area isn’t fully enclosed.

On the ground floor, you have two king-size bedrooms, one with a Smart TV, large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a rain shower and WC and there is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC which completes the ground floor layout.

Outside you have a lovely enclosed lawned garden and patio area with garden furniture for those wishing to relax and catch some sun or to simply enjoy some drinks or dine al-fresco style in good company.
