The bedrooms are located on two levels. On the first floor is a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom with sea views and en-suite shower room with WC. (This room can be made up as twins upon request at time of booking.) Two further bedrooms on this floor have zip-and-link twin beds (which can be made up as super-king-size beds on request at time of booking). Bedroom two has sea views and bedroom three looks onto the decking.
Why not, relax and feel the magic of the large screen in your very own ground floor cinema room with projector and quality audio, and enjoy your favourite film: this room also has a sofa bed.
Head outside to the enclosed garden and decking with furniture, BBQ and swim spa style hot tub. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining with relaxing views over the adjacent fields. It’s a perfect chill zone with jets as a traditional hot tub or turn on the current for a swim work out.
Off-road parking is provided for three cars.
An amazing stay with incredible views of the sea from the lounge and balcony. House was impeccable, modern and equipped. Loved by the whole group. Hot tub and cinema room were a fantastic addition! Would recommend and return!

Perranporth is located on the stunning North Cornish coast. This ever popular resort town takes its name from the county’s patron St Piran and has been attracting visitors for generations.
Its stunning beaches and surf break is an equal favourite with tourists and locals alike.
For the avid beach goer immerse yourself in the three mile long stretch of golden sands. For walkers escape to the coast path and free your mind with walks to the east towards Newquay and west towards Gwithian, Carbis Bay and St Ives.
Take a short drive to the Eden Project or for nature lovers explore Sennen Cove, Lands End and Mounts Bay. For those ever important shopping trips try the cathedral city of Truro and discover its many independent boutique stores.
