The modern kitchen has plenty of space to rustle up one of the local delicacies, Cromer crab. There’s also a small outdoor balcony with seating for two, ideal for a glass of wine after dinner or a bit of “me” time with a book.
Two bedrooms have lovely en suites and are furnished to a great standard with king sized beds.
Bedroom three has twin single beds and bedroom four has bunk beds, so it is probably more suited to children.
There is then a further bathroom and another WC so no queuing for showers here!
With a fabulous location just above the beach and pier (under a three-minute stroll), there’s plenty to do right on your doorstep.
The Pavillion Theatre is home to the UK’s only remaining traditional end of pier show which takes place in summer and winter, or if you prefer the outdoors book a surfing lesson or do some crabbing.
Being in the heart of Cromer, there are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes to sample too.
Or head to Wroxham, known as the capital of The Norfolk Broads, which can be reached in under forty minutes.

Good to know
This home has a spiral staircase throughout and features a layout which would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. There are streets within a five-minute walk where it is free to park if you can find a space (you can pull up outside the property to unload)
