The bedrooms, all with TVs, are located on both levels. Bedroom one is a cosy twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) on the first floor and the remainder are on the ground floor.
Bedroom two, the master, is a king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, bedroom three and four are both doubles.
A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, completes the comfort running throughout the property.
Heading outside from the ground floor to the enclosed garden with gas BBQ, furniture and sun loungers and wonderful countryside views.
There is off-road parking provided for up to 3 cars.
Coolroe is basically faultless. Beautiful house, immaculately clean and finished to a very high standard. Everything you might need has been thought of to make your stay not just comfortable but luxurious too. Garden is genuinely secure for dogs with excellent high fencing and gate.

In the village of Millbrook nestled on Cornwall’s south coast close to the twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. Both with stunning beaches and a selection of inns and restaurants.
Nearby is the historic Mount Edgcumbe with its 865 acre estate, cafe and gardens. A trip across on the Cremyll Ferry is a must to discover the Royal William Yard. Spectacular views adorn the coastline of the Rame peninsular, including a selection of beaches such as Whitsand Bay and Freathy being the locals favourite.
Attractions in the area include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, Adrenalin Quarry, The Monkey Sanctuary, the Ski centre and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.
