Spend time together beneath the soaring vaulted ceiling of the open-plan living and dining space.
Relaxing on the bright and comfy corner sofa, whilst planning your days out.
Or curl up with a book in one of the armchairs, or tucking into a home-cooked meal at the dining table. There is space for everyone.
The main bedroom has a lovely double and the second bedroom handy twin beds. All sharing the one bathroom.
Look out over the enclosed garden (perfect for your pup), or step through the French doors and out onto the terrace.
Beyond the footpaths that crisscross the nearby countryside, you’ll need to jump in the car for a day of exploring, but you won’t have to travel far.
Nearby highlights include the unspoiled nature of Thetford forest and the charm of the Suffolk coast, both within a thirty-to-forty-five minute drive of your home.

Good to know
Access to the barn is via a private entrance as it is part of a cluster of three others on the estate. There are lakes close by, perfect for wild swimming, at guests own risk. We’d recommend a car to explore the area – there’s ample on-site parking.
