Entering from the rear of the property, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both of which are immaculately finished. There is then a shower room with WC.

The focal point of this property comes from the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its awe-inspiring views and luxurious finishing touches.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and beautiful chairs, a wood burner with bi-fold doors opening out onto the decking and garden area.

The dining table seats four, and is situated towards the centre of the room, making the most of the views out to sea whilst you eat your meal.

The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher.

The partially enclosed decking outside is a truly beautiful area from which to make the most of the scenery. It has plenty of seating, and there are also sunbeds to soak up the rays, as well as an outdoor shower for washing off the sand once you’ve returned up the path from a day on the beach.

It’s worth mentioning that there is roadside parking at the top of the cliff, however no direct vehicle access outside – the property is accessed on foot from the cliff path.
