There’s a modern fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances and plenty of space to rustle up delicious dinners.

Then throw open the bifold doors next to the dining area and bring the outside in at mealtimes.

There’s a handy shower/wet room on the ground floor too – perfect for de-sanding after a day on the beach.

On the first floor are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed with sea glimpses and use of the bright, modern family bathroom, and the main king-size bedroom boasting a funky en-suite shower room.

On the top floor is a lovely bright twin bedroom with views over the rooftops and out to sea. There’s also a cloakroom on this floor.

Outside there’s a well-maintained enclosed courtyard accessed via the reading nook or dining area, where everyone can sit and enjoy drinks and meals al fresco – and it’s safe and secure for a dog to roam.
