Once inside this delightful modern building, take the lift or stairs up to the apartment.
As you enter this remarkable penthouse apartment, to your right is the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining, which boasts apex windows, bi-folding doors – fitted with remote controlled solar powered blinds – and a Juliet balcony which allows you to sit back and enjoy the fabulous sea views.
Conveniently, the open-plan accommodation is arranged across one level and within the lounge area, you have ample seating, Smart TV with Netflix and DVD for relaxing nights in.
If you decide to stay in and cook, there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you.
From the lounge area you’ll find two bedrooms, a king-size with sea views and it’s very own en-suite shower and WC and a further twin. You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Heading outside you find a shared lawn and patio area. You’re more than welcome to enjoy these, so why not enjoy a picnic on the lawn on a warm summer’s day.
There is an allocated parking space for one car outside the apartment.
