About this home

Entering into the lobby which leads into the hallway with the lounge off to the right at the foot of the stairs.

The lounge has a large bay window and cosy wood burner with comfy seating.

The room has been painted and decorated with darker colours to give it a real atmospheric place to sit and make plans for the days ahead. For family fun there are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained.

The hallway with its stunning oak floor leads you through to the spacious bespoke kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room overlooking the garden.

This room offers a great space for the whole party to sit down together over a hearty breakfast or evening meal.

Off the dining room, there is a handy utility room with a washer/dryer and a separate WC.

Heading up to the first floor at the top of the landing there is a large super-king bedroom with views over Bassenthwaite.

Across the hallway, there is a contemporary bathroom with unique flooring, marble walls and luxury gold finish taps and a heated towel rail.

Along the landing there is a second bedroom which features a king-size bed, the bathroom is located to the left of the entrance into the room and then there are three steps down into the bedroom area which overlooks the garden.

There is a final third bedroom on the first floor which is a pretty double with an en-suite bathroom.

At the end of the landing, there is a staircase up to the second floor, here you will discover a stunning master suite with a king-size bed which is located under the eaves, and the Velux window above the bed has stunning views over the Lake.

The en-suite bathroom has a luxury hotel feel with low-level lighting.

Outside there is an enclosed garden that is a real sun trap, and there is an attractive patio with seating, a chiminea and table tennis.

The garden offers a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or read a good book.
