Enter this lovely cottage through its oak porch to the entrance hallway.

From here, head to the right and you will find a spacious kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the enclosed garden.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and also a washer/dryer.

To the left of the hallway, you will find a light and airy lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable seating to sit back and relax in front of the wood burner.

There is also a further set of French doors which lead to the enclosed garden and these enable you to enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the lounge.

Completing the offering on the ground floor and located to the rear of the hallway is a WC.

Heading up the stairs and onto the characterful first floor, you will find both of the beautiful bedrooms.

The first is a gorgeous king-size room with a TV and an en suite shower room with WC, and the second a cosy twin room (with zip-and-link beds that can be presented as a super-king-size upon request) with views over the village towards the church, a TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

From either set of French doors you can access the delightful enclosed garden, and here you will find a small area of lawn and patio with a hot tub.

Here you can relax in style and unwind in the evenings after a busy day exploring without venturing far from the front door.

There is also private off-road parking for two cars.
