Great location to explore the nearby sights, eg: Eden Project, Pinetum Gardens, many National Trust Properties. Close to Mevagissey, Fawey via Ferry. St Mawes, Padstow & many more picturesque villages without driving to far.

Beautiful house, with everything you need. It is so well equipped. The location is perfect without walking distance to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Will definitely return!

This contemporary property is conveniently situated within walking distance of Charlestown’s Georgian harbour, a fabulous spot which has served as the setting for TV’s Poldark series and where you can (occasionally) discover The Tall Ships.
You will be spoilt for choice by the selection of fine pubs and restaurants catering for all tastes. Carlyon bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages. Attractions include the Eden Project, The Ship Wreck centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, and Cardinham Woods.
National Trust properties nearby include Lanhydrock House with its expansive grounds.
