On stepping into the property, you immediately notice the spaciousness, with the high ceilings and exposed beams to add to that feeling of space.

This property is furnished and equipped in a contemporary style and benefits from underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is great for families and friends to cook, eat and relax together with comfy sofas, Smart TV and a warming wood burner and plenty of windows to let the light in, it’s a great place to stay at any time of the year.

The kitchen area has an island unit and is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. A utility area can also be found on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate WC.

There are three bedrooms in total, the first of which is a super-king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC which can be found on the ground floor.

Heading up the stairs to the first floor you have the two further bedrooms, one twin and one super-king-size. A bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC completes the accommodation.

Stepping outside there is a private patio and plenty of open lawn area to enjoy or wander over to the shared BBQ area with climbing tree, scramble net, tree swings, climbing rope, fire pit and hammock, where you can relax on the garden furniture.

A walk across the meadow is a fenced wildlife pond with cosy shelter. Please note children must be accompanied. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
