This stylish Scandinavian style, super-insulated upside-down property is furnished and designed with total comfort in mind, giving you the perfect holiday home for the duration of your stay.

The ground floor includes a bunk room and king-size bedroom which has access to a covered courtyard area with seating.

The master bedroom completes the floor with a super-king size bed, Smart TV, and en-suite shower room.

There is also a family shower room and WC on this level. An easy set of stairs leads up to the open-plan, zoned, and spacious living area which boasts some wonderful waterside and fairway views.

The relaxing lounge area has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, and two armchairs placed in front of the large windows to relax in and take in the views over the lake and golfing green beyond.

There is a dining area with an elegant glass table and enough seating for six guests which provides the perfect place to enjoy dinner with loved ones, and with the gorgeous views providing a fitting backdrop for any occasion.

The beautifully appointed kitchen with wrap-around units allows the designated chef the ability to prepare food comfortably.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and American-style fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser.

There is a separate utility room on the ground floor which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

You are spoilt for choice with outside space with seating areas on both floors.

On the first floor the balcony area has a table and chairs for those who wish to dine al-fresco and watch the sun go down and a comfortable egg chair for watching the golfers come up the fairway.

A covered verandah downstairs offers further extensive seating options.

The on-site facilities are available for an additional fee during your stay. For those who like an early morning swim to revitalise their senses, a workout in the gym, or even a massage, sessions and day passes can be purchased and booked on arrival.

For golfers there is an 18-hole course and a 9-hole course to choose from with adult day passes for visitors and buggy hire available (at an additional cost).
