About this home
Known to be the mecca for surfers, Croyde also has plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants for visitors to enjoy. Only 5 miles away is Braunton which offers cocktail bars, independent shops, and restaurants.
As you enter the first floor apartment, the hallway is the ideal spot to leave your sandy shoes after having fun on the beach.
From there, walk through into the lounge/diner where you can sit and relax on the sofas and watch a movie on the TV.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a big breakfast to start the day off before you step out onto the beach and enjoy a day of activities.
This includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave.
There are three bedrooms:
All 3 come with super king size zip and link beds (that can be requested into twins, we’ll confirm after booking)
2 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room and WC
Step out onto your private balcony with seating. There is also a communal area laid to lawn, with benches to picnic on and watch the sun setting over the sea.

This is a beachside property and private gate onto the beach, outside shared lawned area with benches overlooking the beach. Shops and pubs within walking distance and there is parking for 2 cars.
