This lovely cottage has been newly renovated to a high standard and with careful attention to detail.

The stylish interiors have been designed to mix classic neutral Cotswold tones with uplifting accents of colour and pattern. It benefits from a new gas central heating system with cast-iron-effect radiators and heated towel rails in all bathrooms.

You can park in the allocated parking space at the front of the cottage if arriving by car, and easily unload your belongings, before heading four steps to the front door.

When you enter, you arrive in the hallway where you can kick off your boots and head left into the sitting room. In this room, you can relax and unwind on the large and luxurious L-shaped corner sofa, cosy up in front of the wood burner and enjoy your favourite movie or TV show on the Smart TV.

Head back through the property to the well-equipped bright, modern kitchen and comfortable dining area which offers everything the chef amongst you needs to prepare a hearty meal, with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher; if needed, there is a combi washing machine/tumble dryer for your use.

Once you’re ready to serve up breakfast, lunch or dinner, the old oak dining table will comfortably seat eight guests and there is additional seating for four at the kitchen island.

There is a stylish downstairs WC located off the hallway.

Heading upstairs, you have three bedrooms all made up with 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton bedding and sumptuous locally sourced woollen blankets.

All three rooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is spacious double (able to accommodate a cot) with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and a walk-in wardrobe/storage for your cases.

Bedroom two offers a further stylishly designed and comfortable double bedroom and bedroom three is a bespoke built-in double bunk room sleeping up to four people in individual self-contained sleeper-style bunks which can be curtained off for privacy or sleep.

Bedrooms two and three share a beautiful marble family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The back door of the kitchen provides access to the relaxing, quiet and secluded walled garden outside.

The garden is laid to lawn and patio with two sets of table and chairs ensuring that you can always soak up the sun whilst you enjoy some drinks, a game of badminton or croquet or a snooze in the hammock.

Under the apple trees is the perfect spot of al fresco dining whilst you exchange stories and plan tomorrow’s adventures.
