Step inside the beautiful bungalow and the hallway will lead you into the spacious lounge which connects to the kitchen/diner, featuring large sliding doors that open out onto the patio.

Sit down and snuggle up on the comfy sofas in the lounge at the end of a fun-filled day and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV.

The kitchen has everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and underfloor heating.

It also has a large dining table where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts chatting about your days of adventure ahead. In a separate utility room just off the hallway is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are three bedrooms, and all have a zip-and-link super-king-size bed (which can be made into a twins on request).

One bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside from either the front door or the large patio doors, is a wrap-around decking area where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings or dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ.

This garden is enclosed and there is storage for surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes.

There is also a heated outdoor shower and parking for two cars inside the gated driveway.
