About this home
You’ll find your homestay set back a two-minute walk from the water.
Inside, it’s all exposed stone and timber lintels – original features that nod to its past life as a humble fisherman’s dwelling.
We loved the high apex ceilings and neutral colour scheme, creating a bright yet cosy space to unwind with a strong cup of tea.
Start your mornings with breakfast at the dining table – or if the weather’s nice, head out to the balcony and enjoy in the sunshine.
When you’re ready to explore, lace up your hiking shoes and embark on the Mousehole to Lamorna Cove Circular Walk – it’s a 4.7-mile route that will certainly clear out the cobwebs.
If you’d prefer to stay local, there are a number of galleries, boutiques and cafes right on your doorstep.
In the evening, head back to your cottage with a fish supper.
Play board games in the glow of the wood-burning fire before resting easy in your comfortable bed.
With its coastal paths, deserted coves, unctuous clotted cream and fresh, clean air, Cornwall has long been one of England’s most beloved counties.
