About this home
The building’s previous life is still evident with period features such as the wooden fireplace bellow on the wall and stable door leading into the cottage that have been retained in the modern design.
The combined living area, dining space and kitchen is perfect for cooking up dinner at home before curling up on the sofa, while on sunny days, there’s a lovely raised patio to sit out and enjoy the serene country views over a glass of wine.
The Master bedroom is lovingly furnished and is bright and airy.
The stunning bathroom has a fabulous walk in shower.
One off-street parking space is available on the grounds
If you’d like to venture out for a meal or taste some of the local brews, the nearest pubs can be found in Framlingham or Earl Soham which are a ten-minute drive away.
The 12th century Framlingham Castle is also worth a trip into town to wander the grounds and admire the historic architecture while the colourful market held every Tuesday and Saturday is perfect for stocking up on some delicious local produce.

Hop in the car and head to Aldeburgh or Southwold – both are on the coast and perfect for days spent at the beach, trying out the area’s famous fish and chips, or for the really brave, taking a dip in the North Sea.
