A contemporary and stylish conversion of an old cottage, superbly located and only a stones’ throw from Wells quay and the centre of this bustling little Norfolk seaside town.
This fabulously quirky terraced, with original features such as its exposed brickwork and pretty frontage, is an ideal base for friends and families to spend some quality time away together.
The owners have done a great job in creating a super-stylish retreat and you even get glimpses of the harbour.
The kitchen is well-equipped and leads into a lovely dining room. Upstairs you’ll find a very spacious sitting room with smart television, making this a cosy spot to retreat to on an evening after a busy day out and about.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and two of the bedrooms have super-king/twin zip-and-link beds which can be set up to suit your needs, which is great if you are a group of friends.
Jicklings Cottage has an enviable location on a no-through lane, with easy access to all the local amenities, be it shops, fish and chips, pubs, restaurants or cafes.
Both upstairs bedrooms can be configured as a Super-king or twin 3′ beds, we’ll be in touch once you have booked.
Children are welcome at the property, but please be aware there are quite a lot of steps in the property. There is no garden or courtyard at the property.
Parking is on the roadside at the top of Jicklings Yard, Clubbs Lane, The Buttlands or the Quayside (pay and display)
Had a wonderful and relaxing long weekend. The cottage is beautiful, so comfortable and relaxing, home from home. We will definately be booking again and will be recommending!

Wells-next-the-Sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest.
A visit to Wells wouldn’t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine.
Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
